Outbound Telemarketing (OTM) continues to provide one of the most efficient and effective means of reaching customers in multiple business verticals. Outbound telemarketing has been a core competency since InterMedi@'s formation. Management and production of our client's outbound sales and service programs are performed in all InterMedi@ customer contact centers. InterMedi@ has developed a high degree of proficiency in customer acquisition and retention programs, cross-sales, lead generation, database building, and customer service.
