To attract and retain the best quality people, InterMedi@, years ago, made a strategic decision to conduct its telemarketing services in moderately sized satellite facilities (versus mega centers). Locations are chosen based on the availability of an educated and stable work force. Our objective is to become knowledgeable, credible extensions of our clients and to portray the client's brand to its customers exactly as if our call center was part of the client company.

Longevity throughout InterMedi@'s workforce is unequaled in the industry as well. Our Senior Management team, for example, has been with InterMedi@ an average of 22 years, Operations Managers for 16 years, and Account Managers for 13 years, on average.
